Bodychef Bespoke is the most customisable diet delivery service available, allowing you to pick from over 20 plans before adjusting your diet according to food groups, lifestyle preferences, allergens, individual ingredients and more. You can choose from a range of calorie levels and substitute meals quickly and easily. Bodychef Bespoke hampers can include all of your meals for 3, 4, 5 or 7 days and include breakfast, lunches, dinners and desserts.

Bodychef Select offers simple ordering from just £12 per day. You can choose from mix and match, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free plans and substitute meals from plans. Bodychef Select is available in two calorie options, 1200 for women and 1600 for men. Bodychef select is available as a 5-day or 7-day meal plan.

We prepare your meals from the freshest ingredients, which are delivered to the Bodychef kitchens twice a week. Your meals are cooked, and your hamper is packed with everything you need to eat. Just add 300ml milk and as much water as you need each day.

We consult with you every step of the way if required ensuring you end up with the perfect weight loss plan, all based on your tastes goals and requirements, how much weight you want to lose, your age height weight and activity levels.

We can provide a range of ‘special diets’ in our Bespoke service, with recipes excluding sensitive ingredients (e.g wheat, dairy or gluten). Bodychef Select includes a Gluten Free option.

Once you have booked your Bespoke Bodychef plan you can take over the complete management over your chosen diet plan. You can amend – start dates, missed delivery’s, plan hopping and food exclusions allowing forward planning of your weight management plan.

Fancy a change of plan? No problem. You can plan hop as much as you like with Bodychef Bespoke. Plan hopping allows you to change between different plans during the course of your weight loss programme.

We can set unlimited food exclusions when booked on a Bodychef Bespoke diet plan. e.g. no onions, we remove all the dishes containing the ingredient and replace it with a comparable dish while balancing your diet. Click here to choose your Bespoke diet plan!

Most of our deliveries are made when customers are not at home, as we do not require a signature, and your hamper is always left in a secure place, normally designated by you. The hampers are sealed and come chilled with ice packs, so the food inside stays chilled.

Bodychef delivers to all mainland Britain. Customers are notified when their delivery will be dispatched and the estimated time of arrival of their diet plan.

We use our own couriers to deliver your fresh food hamper, twice a week for Bespoke customers and once a week for Select customers. Our 5 day midweek Bespoke hampers are delivered on Sunday night, so you can start your diet plan for Monday Breakfast.

Our Bodychef Bespoke meals are created from a 28 day menu plan, which provides an extensive range of meal choices for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (and snacks in some plans.) Our meals are prepared by our chefs in our Kitchen with no added food colourings, preservatives or salt. All our plans are created to be nutritionally balanced along with bringing you your 5 a day (on average) in every plan. You don’t need to shop for anything except your milk and water.
Our Bodychef Select service offers an extensive range of 60 meal and snack choices.

You can change/cancel your Bodychef Bespoke order at any time prior to us preparing and producing your hamper.

The Bodychef Limited makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. In addition, you can select to exclude items that we have identified as possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.

Please be aware that our facility prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that contain nuts or nut oil. If you have any type of food allergy, please refrain from eating our products.
